By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. Shashi Enterprises is based in Delhi, India, and serves a global community of collectors. 2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old or under parental supervision to use this site. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
3. Product Information & Availability
We specialize in premium anime collectibles, including rare imports and limited edition statues. While we strive for absolute accuracy in product descriptions and availability, errors may occur. Statues and figures may have slight variations due to the manufacturing process. Availability is subject to change without notice; once a limited edition item is sold out, it may not be restocked.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. For international customers, prices will be converted at checkout based on current exchange rates. We currently accept UPI and Cash on Delivery (for eligible regions). Payment must be confirmed before orders are processed.
5. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. If we are unable to fulfill an order due to stock limitations or pricing errors, we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping from our hub in Delhi. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country, for which the customer is solely responsible. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier service issues.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for shipping. Due to the collectible nature and rarity of our products, returns are only accepted in cases where the item received is significantly damaged or incorrect. Proof of damage must be provided within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment once the item is returned and inspected.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of Shashi Enterprises or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent. The anime characters and associated brands are the intellectual property of their respective owners.
9. Limitation of Liability
Shashi Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site or the purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.
10. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from using the site for any unlawful purpose, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the site's functionality. Reselling our products as part of a commercial enterprise without authorization is strictly prohibited.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
